I have stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best value in the area.

This place is exactly what it is. A nice inexpensive hotel. Beds were comfortable, adequate room size, hot shower and a decent breakfast was included. I know I’m nitpicking but I took one star because of a few things. The carpet had stains, the TP roll only had about 1/4 left on the roll and I didn’t see a spare. Also the tissue box had 1 tissue left. None of this is major, none of this would prevent me from coming back or recommending this place.

It also sits right behind a Panera, a Bob Evans, just down from a McDonald’s and a gas station and a Kroger is across the road. You can be on 77 in about 2 minutes. In Marietta in maybe 8-10 minutes.

We were in Marietta to tour some Ohio historical sites. There are so many interesting places in the area! Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had delicious, fresh fruit! There was a breakfast attendant who kept the tables and area tidy. I’d definitely stay here again!
