I couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make their guests comfortable and safe. We had an extremely odd exchange with another guest who was smoking and spitting outside of our room on the walkway, I politely asked this man to not smoke outside our room, I’m a former smoker and I go out of my way to keep our room clean and fresh. He said a few vile statements which I took straight to the front desk. I’m very impressed how the management handled this situation! The rooms are clean and not just wiped over clean. We run from any hotel across the country that rent to locals, although it’s not always a bad, the drugs and drug addicts have taken over some places there. This hotel is impeccable and I would highly recommend a stay here when in Marietta.

I was in town for business purpose and stayed for few days. This red roof was very nice and clean. They had new bedding. They had microwave and refrigerator in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, and closer to Walmart and Aldi. I definitely suggest to everyone and I will come again in the future.

We stayed 7 days. Very good price for the week. The room had been updated. Very clean. Micro, fridge, coffeemaker, good wifi connection. TV selection: good. The grounds were kept up. Nick,(front desk) and housekeeping were friendly and had great customer service skills. Within walking distance is a laundromat, Walmart, Lowe's, River Trail and golf course. Short drive to fast food restaurants, IHop, Cracker Barrel, pizza, Big Lots. Downtown Marietta has nice shops, antique stores and restaurants. We would choose this Red Roof should we return.
