After a horrifying experience at a motel in NYS, my husband and I were exhausted travelers. We were welcomed at the Red Roof Inn by very friendly management. We were so happy to walk into a clean room with clean bedding and a clean bathroom. We are so grateful for this lovely experience. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We use Red Roof because it is moderately priced, allows us to travel with our dog, and we only stay for 12 hours before we're on the road again. This is the first Red Roof we've found that could serve as a base to stay & explore the area. And after our first stay, we've adjusted our travel route to make this our new midway stop. Besides being well maintained, it is NOT smokey! We had a king bed, which generally are broken down in the middle and lumpy. Not the case at all; ours was firm, with NO valley. Most important--management cares.

This place has modern updates, very clean, the beds are comfortable. It is in a major corporate store area, but we hear nothing! I cannot say anything bad. The room is just like the pictures. It looks freshly painted too.
Good location off freeway, for a overnight pass through stay. Plenty of parking, had no issues with my vehicle overnight and the area felt safe. The room was average, a few stains here and there, but clean overall. The bed is kinda broken down and lumpy so not the greatest nights sleep. Included pic is some kind of stains on lamp shades?
I had arrived early on a trip to WV to visit relatives. I was super fortunate that the room was available. I was traveling with my pet chihuahua and could not take him with me. Reception was easy and friendly, the lobby was clean and always had fresh hot coffee and ice cold water. My room was very clean and comfortable. They ensure that that rooms are not smoked in at all by making guests sign a waiver or pay $200. Also outside of the room doors there are little containers that smokers can use. I am allergic. The room had no smell or remnant of smoke at all. I would have been a tad bothered though if my neighbor were smoking near my doorway when I came and went, but I really have to commend this property for doing that. It keeps everyone happy. Great thinking. The location is very convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Free wifi that worked well also. I will stay here again. Thank you.
