I was in town for a wedding weekend, and knew I wouldn’t be spending much time in my hotel room, so I wanted the least expensive option. I chose Red Roof Inn, hoped for the best, and was very pleasantly surprised.
My room was very clean, the shower water pressure was great, and the a/c cooled things down quickly. My bed (king) was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well. No complaints at all. And the staff is very friendly.
Note: I chose a room on the second floor, in the rear of the building, because I wanted a quiet night. The room has a small coffee maker, coffee, tea, shampoo, hairdryer, soap, and plenty of towels.
There’s a fridge, too, and a grocery store in the adjoining lot.
