We were staying in the area for a party on a Saturday night and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. The room was large and of a high standard (double exec). There were lots of nice touches in the room, including a good toiletries selection, tea / coffee, biscuits and a mint each. We did not spend much time in the hotel, but there was a small lounge and lovely outdoor seating in the garden if needed. The English breakfast was superb. All fresh cooked food and you could have what ever you liked. Accompanied by tea/coffee and toast , plus a selection of cereals and fruit. The breakfast room was small, but well appointed and the service was excellent. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Stayed here whilst working away from home. Found the hotel to be extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend, no negatives about this place. Location ideal for me to get to work. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment

A simply lovely boutique bed and breakfast establishment.Spotlessly clean and pristine everywhere.Very quiet surroundings with good car parking facility.Very pleasant owners who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.A very well cooked and presented breakfast with choices to suit all preferences.Within a short distance of Surbiton Railway Station with line to London Waterloo in 25 mins. We would happily return.

Stayed for one night B&B.
Everything was excellent. Great spacious room and en suite, comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was great with good choice.
We were able to have the 2 people we were visiting join us for breakfast at a very reasonable £10 each.
Very nice people, great value and would thoroughly recommend.

Well what can we say what a beautiful place 10 minute walk to pubs and shops family run very friendly nothing was too much trouble for them.we had a lovely room with en suite and doors that opened into the beautiful garden.Very comfortable bed spotless tea /coffee etc in the room plenty of choice large walk in shower.Breakfast was amazing huge dish of chopped fresh fruit nuts and seeds all condiments jam honey etc juices as much tea of coffee as you could consume and the best English breakfast we have ever had with the choice of how u wanted your eggs done again nothing was to much trouble even when four of us all wanted our eggs cooked differently. This gorgeous place exceeded all our expectations and we would recommend it to everyone.Thank you for making us feel so welcome ❤️
