Lovely clean site with spacious pitches. Used our own facilities so unable to comment on showers or toilets. Within walking distance of Seahouses and Bamburgh if you don't mind a bit further. Can see the castle from the back of site. Children's park could do with a bit more as area big enough.
Would recommend

We recently brought a vw camper and this is our first site booking, it's going to take alot to beat this place!

The site is huge surrounded by beautiful views of farmland and animals and the sea in the distance
- modern, clean and tidy
- great playground park and open spaces for the kids
- plenty of toilets, great warm showers, hair dryers, family changing even had a bath
- outside shower ideal For after beach activities
- laundry and drying room with iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge freezer
- dog walking area
- free WiFi was much appreciated especially by the kids
- plenty of bins, water supply, waste areas

We had a hard standing electric pitch for the camper and extra grass space for the awning, we had plenty of space for privacy
You can have a Bbq and fire which is great as many don't allow this

The site was peaceful and quiet despite being busy and very well maintained
It's 1 mile to walk via pretty country lanes direct to the Seahouses beach which is beautiful and dog friendly all year round
Not too far further to the village and harbour where we had the most amazing boat trip to the farne Islands

It was a pretty perfect trip and we all Enjoyed it including our springer spaniel
We will definitely be back
Thank you for a wonderful stay

My own recommendation would be to have a small shop for buying essentials as we needed some pain relief for my son and had to drive into the town

This place is fantastic, a small group of us stayed in the en-suite wigwams. When we arrived the wigwams were absolutely spotless, they are well equipped with everything you could need. The site is not too busy with plenty of space. This is the quietest site I have ever been to. The views from the wigwams are stunning, looking towards the beach and the Farne Islands. I would recommend this to anyone, I know I will be back again

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights in a couple of wigwams and had a lovely stay.
Positives - nice quiet site, very clean outdoor spaces, lots of outdoor space, well equipped wigwam, lovely benches outside the pods and room for the kids to play.

Slight negatives - we were the furthest away from reception so had no wifi (didn't bother me but did bother the teenagers!), although handy to drive to Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnall we thought it too far to walk (although it was very hot when we were there) and the beds are plasticy so not super comfy. I think the site needs a small shop - milk/ bread etc..

Glad we went for the ensuite pods as the showers were hot and clean.
