Beautiful food and setting. Staff really friendly and helpful. Really great prices and variety on the menu.

It's so hard to operate a restaurant in these restricted times, Chi is a great concept and the staff are attentive and warm.

As for the food most was out of this world (Th Beef Shin, Salmon Main and Dirty Fries) some was a little over-cooked (Prawns and kids chicken) but overall we liked it all.

Overall,I would say; don't order too much... as portions are big, you can always order more if needs be.

Kids meals especially would feed a small adult.

Drinks/soft drinks are a little over-priced but, it's about the same as other similar chains.

Ambience and styling; nice, it felt like a good place to go.

Will definitely go again, just for the Beef Shin which was fabulous.

Went on the third day after opening and were not disappointed. Had read reviews of the sister establishments and came here based on the excellent reviews they had received. We were very pleasantly surprised. The décor is interesting and the Manager went out of his way to accommodate one of our party's dietary requirements. The staff were new but had received adequate training to ensure that service was efficient and friendly. To paraphrase Arnold Schwarzenegger, "We shall be back" as we need to try other items on their extensive menu.
