Review of Cranbrook Museum

Cranbrook Museum
Ranked #3 of 14 things to do in Cranbrook
Attraction details
Reviewed 3 July 2012

Interesting museum of life in this Wealden town, set in a historic and listed building in lovely gardens. Displays of rural life, costumes, toys, archaeology and geology, massive Victorian collection of birds and eggs, past history of the town, it's business', schools and former residents of note.
Displays of the nationally important 'Cranbrook Colony' pianters work. Access to the archives of the town; ideal for researchers into family history, past life of the town, or local history of this area of the Weald of Kent.
Highly recommended - allow at least an hour for your visit.
