“We couldn't have asked for more”
Reviewed 16 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Even before we arrived our initial contact with Howard and Alison gave me confidence in our choice of somewhere to stay as they are both very accommodating and helpful. We arrived on a miserable Saturday evening and were welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting from Alison along with the most beautiful homemade Victoria sponge. The accommodation is first class with our every need catered for. The whole property was kept to a very high standard and was clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, are en suite and again were spotless. The walled garden is a sun trap and was ideal in keeping our two Chihuahuas confined.

I have no reservations about recommending this property to anyone and have already done so with friends on my arrival home. Book with confidence and enjoy as I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

“Lovely cottage in great location.”
Reviewed 23 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

A really welcoming and cosy cottage with everything that you need for a good holiday. A lovely walled garden, which is very private and a nice little suntrap. Homemade cake upon arrival and milk for a cup of tea, very welcoming after a long journey. Howard and Alison are very friendly and helpful. Shared garden area is well equipped for outdoor games and overlooks the farmland with great views, including the steam railway at Havenstreet. Alison and Howard even help with booking up the ferry.

“Great cottage”
Reviewed 26 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Just back from our 7th stay at Little Upton Farm and 4th in The Cote which is fast becoming a home from home. There's plenty of room for a family of 4 and all the necessities are taken care of. Excellent wifi for those who need it on their holidays! Alison and Howard are very welcoming hosts and this year the children got to drive the tractor round the farm with Howard's help. There is also a big trampoline, table tennis and bikes to keep them busy. The Farm is ideally located with about a 10 minute drive to Fishbourne ferry terminal from where Wightlink sail to Portsmouth and about 10-15 mins from a Tesco extra which will have everything you have forgotten to bring. Even to the Needles at the far west of the island is only about a 45 minute trip. Great beaches at Appley and Yaverland are also close and there are plenty of National Trust and English Heritage site around too. We love it on the farm and will be back in the Cote next year
