Thank you Joanne, please get in touch if you ever like to holiday with us again.
I booked this cottage for a family weekend mini break and was so disappointed!! Disappointed that we could only stay 2 night!!! The house is absolutely beautiful !
Perfect size for everyone, warm, cozy, with the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen!
The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds so comfy. Every possible need has been catered for- right down to little "holiday dog" tags, feeding bowls and throws.
The location is great with the most stunning views. The kids loved the telescope!
I'll definitely recommend thus beautiful property and must also mention how friendly and helpful the owner is. A real pleasure to deal with
Oh and the welcome gift of wine and cake went down a treat! Thank you !
Thank you Lesley! Such a lovely review and the most gratifying thing to know that your guests have enjoyed themselves! We look forward to welcoming you back again, but obviously for a longer stay.
Many thanks Angela
We had a great stay in Lark Cottage, very spacious and well equipped and decorated like a family home. The view is lovely beyond the garden over the saltmarsh to the sea. We had long walks each day from the cottage to the beach and over the fields to Brancaster as well as further afield. Our daughter joined us for a couple of days during our stay too. Plenty of room for dogs and people with a hosepipe for muddy canines and wellies which was very useful. We found lots of dog friendly places to eat too. Will definitely visit this part of England again. Thank you Angela.
PS Some scales in the kitchen would be great!
Hi Sally, thank you so much for the review, it's lovely to know you enjoyed your stay at Lark Cottage, I've just ordered some scales from amazon for the cottage, great idea. We hope to welcome you back soon.
Kind regards Angela
It was a great holiday we had with our 3 children (1, 4 and 5). The garden was great to fly kites and play in. Lots of space for colouring and cars inside. A wonderful place to stay and has so so so much to do on its door step. Look forward to coming back soon
Thank you Sarah, we look forward to welcoming you and your boys back.
Kind regards Angela
Lark Cottage was the perfect base for our October half-term escape. We were utterly spoilt with the weather so were able to enjoy fantastic views over the Marsh to the sea. The accommodation was fantastic for a young family, great space downstairs, a well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms, we never even got up to the top floor! Just a short drive to Brancaster beach for serious sandcastles and Angela was even able to help out with a babysitter for a holiday 'date night' at Titchwell Manor. We look forward to visiting again soon!
You really were lucky with the weather! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at Lark Cottage, and we look forward to welcoming you back. Thank you Angela
Wow, what can I say about Lark Cottage.
First of all Angela is amazing and deals with any enquiry with punctuality.
The cottage looks out over the Rspb marsh, which is great for bird watchers, its beautifully quiet and peaceful. Over the road is Tirchwell Manor, perfect for any afternoon tea, dinner or wine & nibbles.
If you fancy getting the coasthopper it pretty much stops outside the front door. The cottage is great for extended families, with 3 levels there is sure to be a spot for some quiet time.
Very clean and inviting house. Cant wait to go again. The bottle of prosecco was such a added bonus too. Thanks Angela.
We will see you soon.
Thank you for leaving such a great review. I'm so pleased you enjoy your stay (and the prosecco) and we live ok forward to you coming to stay again.
