Two words...sticky buns. A must starter. Eggs Bennie awesome, frittata unreal, great sides of grits, sausage and bacon. A bit pricy but well worth it. Owner/chef makes it a point to stop by. I'll be back often.

We've had carry out from this Shaker restaurant several times over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. When our friends suggested Sunday brunch, we finally enjoyed this place in person. It was packed by 11 AM so reservations are suggested and well worth the effort. From wraps to amazing asparagus soup, Chef Doug Katz even made me fresh tartar sauce from scratch!?! Fabulous service from our server Jen R. and the entire wait staff worked seamlessly clearing plates and refreshing beverages. Can't wait till our next visit so we can do desserts!

The six course tasting menu with wine pairing at the chef's table was amazing. From the moment we were seated it was apparent the evening was going to be none other than spectacular. Executive Chef, Cameron Pishnery, executed each dish in a timely manner and cooked to perfection. Sommelier, Todd Thompson, complimented each dish with wines around the world. The service throughout the entire evening was "spot on" If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to get together with a few friends, I would suggest gathering around the chef's table and let the party begin!

Overall, we had a great experience this past weekend at Fire. As always, the food was really good. I had the lemon souffle/blueberry pancakes and the home fries. Both were cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be how long it took to get our food. We definitely weren't in a rush, but we were at the restaurant for two hours for brunch.

One of the best brunches ever. The lemon pancakes were heavenly and the sticky buns divine. We are from the Philadelphia area and take a our sticky buns very seriously. Trust us, these were first rate. The service is great and the owner chef welcoming. Highly recommend.
