This was my first stay at The Holiday Inn Express on the Sunshine Coast. From my arrival to departure, I was so impressed by the excellent customer service and friendliness of the team here. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite. The rooms were so eloquently designed, the beds are perfect and their choice of soft or hard pillows is a masterstroke. The free breakfast was delicious with bacon, eggs, pork sausages, beans and several fruit and continental options to meet all tastes. The staff service was exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable about the locality and genuinely friendly. They seemed happy with their jobs. A special shout out to Chan for her excellent customer service. I recommend anyone to become an IHG member. It is free to sign up and as a Platinum Elite member I can tell you the rewards are great!

I stayed here last weekend for two nights. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. I was impressed with the cleanliness of all amenities and the room was set up very well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching the Sunshine Coast. I would definitely stay here again

Chan at reception was so helpful checked us in quickly had our room sorted and upgraded to a suite that was amazing.

Staff were all so friendly & helpful, the room was spotless, very quiet and spacious.
