We selected Top Spot Motel, as it suited our budget, location is very central… within walking distance to Sunshine Plaza, the Restaurant Strip of Maroochydore and Maroochy River / Cotton Tree Beach. I was greeted by very friendly, welcoming staff and too keen to help you, to make your stay comfortable. Well laid out, our motel room was spacious, very clean, has all the necessities you need (body wash / shampoo, coffee/tea condiments, air con and the necessary appliances), to make your stay comfortable, plus free parking, right in front of our motel door. We were only there for an overnight stay, a place to rest, very comfortable bed and pillows, which met our requirements and we had a good night’s sleep which gave me the much-needed boost, to help with our four-hour travel ahead of us. I recommend Top Spot Motel - comfortable place to rest, conveniently close to town which you get “top notch” quality with that budget friendly price. I can’t fault this motel, it’s perfectly designed for travellers, especially for tourists… walking distance to town and close to public transport.

Location, price, friendly staff. loads of tea bags. I stayed 5 nights and found everything perfect, my next stay in Maroochydore I will stay there again for sure.
I used public transport to and from home on Gold Coast and also whilst in residence at the hotel. went my bus to Noosa also.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. So handy to the CBD, plaza’s and cafes. Well laid out and spacious units with everything that was needed including comfortable bed and sofa and milk already in the fridge. Friendly and helpful host with options for meals in the area.
