Nice, clean and comfortable room. Also had a coffee plunger and real ground coffee. There is a pool and food available if required. I would recommend staying here if your passing through and need somewhere to stay.

We stopped at the Barrier Reef Motel after a very long days drive. It has good motel rooms which are clean and comfortable. There is also a very good restaurant attached to the reception area. Many thanks to Joanne and Glenn from the restaurant and Cathy on reception for a pleasant restful stay.

Staying at the Barrier Reef Motel is a home away from home. Have been staying here for business trips over the last 15 months
Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, restaurant has excellent food and great service. Try the Mango / Chilli prawn topper for your steak!!

This was the second time in 3 years I had used this hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful even when I accidentally booked the wrong date and had to ring to change it. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you very much

The hotel is pretty good, plenty of rooms and off street parking. Owners and staff are wonderful. The rooms are spacious, tidy and comfortable, free WiFi, bed was comfortable too. The restaurant offers a good selection of drinks and the meals menu is very local. Food was very good. Short walk to town center.
