The house is a good 15 minute windy drive past the entrance to Innsbrook. It feels very tucked away. While the wash machine didnt work and the dishwasher wasn’t great, its otherwise a well-maintained property. The views from the inside of the home from the master bedroom and living and dining area are beautiful. The small it sits on requires some sense of adventure. Huge snake was crossing it when we were sitting on deck - it left a wake! Something scurried into the water as I walked down but didnt seem like a frog. Oh and there were tiny frogs that fell from the trees onto the deck a couple of times - so odd. I think it would be lovely to stay there during the fall. There was a nice sitting area with a fire pit and very nice adorandek chairs that would be perfect if the weather were cool. The kitchen was fairly equipped although there was only one roll of paper towels and no really large serving bowl (it sleeps 6 so I thought there would be ample large dishes and supplies). But they did have all other essentials, the AC was great, its a very pretty chalet and again, if you want to be lost for a weekend in Mother Nature, this is perfect!
