The cove is a collection of homes that saw the last resident leave in eighties. The houses have been renovated and connected with a board walk. Not luxurious but stepped in character. It gives you the sense of what living post war in an old logging and saw mill cove was like.
Each house is on the board walk and there is a pub and restaurant easy to walk to. Thw owners had a clear vision to bread life back into the village, slow you down and enable time to be spent on boar trip into the tranquil waters between the islands. Fishing is a must but spotting eagles, whales, sea lions, dolphins etc make any of the boat trips jaw dropping.
The isolation out on the water and the scenery truly awakens the senses. The views so perfect you have to shake yourself at the back drops in your pictures as they look so perfect you subsequently think that must be super imposed!More
