The scenic area is huge and has lots to do. If you are on the lazy side, cable cars and elevators can take you to the top of the main mountains with no effort at all - but they charge extra for these. If you are on the adventurous side, hiking is a must in these mountains. You can get maps with every hostel/hotel in the area and is easy to get around. Two bus lines help you go across the park. You can also mix lazy and adventurous as the bus lines and the cable cars has 'drop on/off' points. The ticket allows a 4 days to visit (that can be done in a course of a week time), so, if you have the time, go in alternated days so you are fully rested. Food is not hard to find, and there's a McDonalds and a KFC on the top of the mountain - but if you go for local treats, you wont regret it. Just make sure to avoid the rainy season, the park gets too foggy and you will miss part of its beauty.
