Lovely little campsite indeed!.
Dave made us feel welcome from the get go and we will be sure to come back next year. The place is clean and the grounds very well looked after....Value for money is excellent!

Thanks for having us and see you next year !

We had a great long weekend staying at this fantastic well kept campsite.
After a warm welcome by the owner we had a choice of pitches, all of which are super sized. The grass was lush and well kept, no problems pegging out our awning.
It’s a nice quiet location in the countryside yet only 5 mins from North Walsham, which has Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Lidl plus the usual restaurant selections found in towns.
Cromer’s about 20mins away and there’s a selection of other better beaches 20-30 mins drive away all with expensive parking charges.
The toilet block consists of 1 toilet, 1 shower a washing up sink and a shared fridge, it is kept absolute spotlessly clean.
I think it would benefit from the sink moving to a shelter outside to create room for another toilet inside. The showers a bit weak and fans out a lot, so if your small in height it’s difficult rinse your hair, it’s also difficult to put your clothes somewhere dry.
I thought £6 extra per night for two kids was a little excessive considering they will only use the toilet and shower (I appreciate there’s a cost to that).
That said I highly recommend it.

This is an excellent site for holidays in this area. When told that we were coming as a large family group, Dave put us all together in our own field - ideal for numerous grandchildren to run around without causing any bother to anyone! Superb facilities with sparkling clean shower and toilet, and fresh flowers and hand towel on a daily basis. Very well kept site, clean and tidy, and quiet and peaceful. Norwich, Cromer, and the delights of the coast are only 20 to 30 minutes drive away. We would recommend this site without hesitation to anyone seeking a peaceful break in the country. If only other sites were as good as this one!!!

Fantastic camp site, immaculately kept, lovely people running, facilities were superb, a peaceful in the country side campsite, would I recommend? Oh yes, we had a fantastic time, only 20 minutes or less from cromer and even closer to other beaches and lovely walks just around every corner

Immaculately kept site with manicured lawns and top notch washroom, clean hand towel every day and fresh flowers. Dave, Lesley and Alec could not have been more helpful or friendly. Great walk down the disused railway (Weavers Way) with tons of blackberries, apples and plums in the hedgerows. All-in-all a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful week.
