I've been to the RR several times, but this time was the best. Customer Service (Hi Leslie) was excellent. And I can't say enough about the restaurant- the Italian food was excellent, so much so that we didn't have to go out for dinner. Breaskfast, again great. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of the "earthquake" weekend.

The stay was awful. I checked in on February 20 and checked out on February 20 and was overcharged by $75. The supervisor was very inhumane. The bathroom shower had mildew everywhere and the heater was very noisy. I had to get up several times to turn it off to attempt not to disturb other guests. This is not a 3 star hotel more like a 1 star hotel. Be warned do not ever stay there!

Wouldn’t recommend staying for more than one night. I wouldn’t recommend staying at all unless money is low and you’re looking for something on less expensive side. We’ve stayed there twice the first time the bed was very stiff and made so much noise when you turn and the second time the bathroom was horrendous! I had to put a towel on the shower floor because of how dirty it was also there was broken tiles in the shower
