The Hyatt went above and beyond to meet my Family expectations. My 90 year old grandmother needed a wheelchair and the Hyatt allowed us to use theirs

Our son goes to college nearby. We are from out of state. We always stay here as it was a great find for our purposes. Clean, convenient, near shopping, restaurants and his school. Highly recommended.

Expectations are higher when staying at a Hyatt flagship hotel. Housekeeping was terrible. Not attentive to room cleaning. Didn't get room cleaned til day 3. Room was not cleaned properly upon check in, then it was apparent why, they don't clean it daily. old food stains on couch, dirty remote control, bathroom had smudges and hair from previous guests. Front desk and breakfast staff was great.

This hotel is nice and is in a commercial plaza surrounded by restaurants. Rooms and everything about this hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

It is a rundown motel, dirty filthy elevators and hallways. Rooms are of decent size. Breakfast is nothing special to write about. It should be designated as a category 1 Hyatt hotel, not a category 2.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the lady that has oversight over the breakfast is amazing she was the friendliest person and she assisted with any questions not just the breakfast. It is in a great location at the cross county mall with several stores nd restaurants right outside of the door.
