It was a couples night. We were visiting out of state. Staff were so quick and attentive. Great atmosphere, quiet and peaceful.

As I drove didn't want to stay in the city. Ample free parking in the mall lot. I was a tad concerned about leaving vehicle there but security was extremely visible around the hotel and mall area. Above average free breakfast. Staff was pleasant at all times. The pool is closed. The workout room is superior to those of similar hotels. I will stay here again.

Ok. Not great. If I ever need to stay on Yonkers NY again, I'll look for other options. Service quality was adequate, the property seems like it's been a while since renovation. I definitely recommend going somewhere besides the mall where it's located for meals.

Hyatt Place Yonkers is a great place to stay. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very courteous. It’s nestled in a shopping mall so there are plenty of options for food, and entertainment. There’s also tons of free parking !
