Terrible customer service, did nothing to attempt to help with my issue. They charged the wrong credit card, and refuse to help me get the right one charged.
Jason was beyond unhelpful, I've worked in restaurants and hotels a fair amount of my life, and I know this is a very easy solution.
Hotel is mediocre at best, and this is just the cherry on top of a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, Marriott has much better hotels and customer service
