Great stay, very accommodating and responsive. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, friendly front desk, a great free breakfast, and everything I expected from Hyatt, even in a crazy metropolitan like NYC. Will stay again if I ever need to come back to the city.

Best location near Yonkers, New Rochelle. Plenty of parking. Receptionists are courteous than average rude newyorker..overall I am happy with the stay. The location was super close to everything & no worry on safety at this location.

We enjoyed our stay, the rate was reasonable for the value. There is a lot in walking distance of the hotel. Not to far away from NYC, easy access to the city if you desire to see the Big Apple. We would stay there again if the price is still reasonable.

I must admit having grown up in Scarsdale in same county as Yonkers I was a bit unsure as to what a hotel might look like in the lap of the Cross Westchester County Parkway. What I found upon arrival in addition to many long lost classmates was a very friendly staff and clean rooms right in the middle of a bustling mall. The restaurant selection was mostly fast food but one would never go hungry. Besides, we weren’t there for the amenities so much as to have a reasonably affordable hotel in the heart of Westchester with easy access to the old haunts of our youth. Kudos to the friendly staff who were always ready to answer questions or help with the overall stay

This is a marginal but OK place. The rooms were clean and quiet. We could NOT get our room cleaned (depite numerous requests) during a four day stay and they didn't even replace the room coffee. We had an accessible room which was barely accessible with doors that were hard to open, a narrow very difficult entry and elevators that could barely fit a wheelchair. It did not meet our expectations for a $200.00 pe rnight hotel.
