We enjoyed our stay, the rate was reasonable for the value. There is a lot in walking distance of the hotel. Not to far away from NYC, easy access to the city if you desire to see the Big Apple. We would stay there again if the price is still reasonable.

I must admit having grown up in Scarsdale in same county as Yonkers I was a bit unsure as to what a hotel might look like in the lap of the Cross Westchester County Parkway. What I found upon arrival in addition to many long lost classmates was a very friendly staff and clean rooms right in the middle of a bustling mall. The restaurant selection was mostly fast food but one would never go hungry. Besides, we weren’t there for the amenities so much as to have a reasonably affordable hotel in the heart of Westchester with easy access to the old haunts of our youth. Kudos to the friendly staff who were always ready to answer questions or help with the overall stay

This is a marginal but OK place. The rooms were clean and quiet. We could NOT get our room cleaned (depite numerous requests) during a four day stay and they didn't even replace the room coffee. We had an accessible room which was barely accessible with doors that were hard to open, a narrow very difficult entry and elevators that could barely fit a wheelchair. It did not meet our expectations for a $200.00 pe rnight hotel.

I thought the Hotel was great just thought it should’ve been but it was too pricey, and no kind of reasonable discounts to talk about the breakfast is excellent but too short everything was fresh and clean I wish I could have afforded more days

In the area for college visit and found the location to be convenient. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was not one staff personnel when I interacted with or passed by that didn't say hello and with a smile. Rooms were clean and tidy with the necessary essentials. My only complaints were pillows and feeling they were too hard and not the fluffy pillows normally offered, perhaps more of a preference. Comforter was also missing much of it's filling from washing and maybe need replaced. Given the hotel was sold out I was not too worried about switching linens. It wasn't too much of a concern. Plus, the bed made up since it was so comfy. Breakfast, coffee shop and bar offerings surpassed my expectations. Price of my overall stay was reasonable given this location and area hotels and rentals were all sold out. Thank you Yonkers Hyatt for your hospitality.
