This was a 1 night stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Everyone was professional and very nice.
Water pressure, ok. Not so good. Newly renovated. Unfortunately it not really close to restaurants. The mall is about 15 mins away by car. You can also catch the bus. No shuttle and you pay for parking. The pool was a disappointment it's only open on weekends.
All in all it was a good stay.

Hotel is updated. Front desk is efficient. Breakfast was as expected. Public areas and rooms were very clean. Room was quiet.Weekend prices are high. Parking was convenient and easy. Would choose to stay there again.

Property isn’t safe, rooms are nice. Experienced a few people get their windows smashed in while leaving for work and all the while the staff was loudly saying that they have been stealing catalytic converters on the property as well. These poor people!
The hotel had a recent upgrade/renovation and it looks great. Very convenient to parkways- but I little tricky to get to if you have a trailer or rental truck- do not take the parkways. Low bridges !! The rooms are spotless and staff very accommodating. Two restaurants in area are a MUST- Harvest on Hudson and Half Moon.

Location is perfect, okay amenities, breakfast was below standard, some repair work going on during my stay making it noisy, my pillows smelled of urine, luckily it was changed, a very rude and disrespectful staff member, poor wifi, and to top it up, hotel charged $355,48 extra on my card without my approval and are reluctant about refund.
