The hosts David and Adriano were so helpful and the suite upstairs is so quaint and cozy, everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast was so lovely each morning, and the homemade baked bread was exceptional.. Would highly recommend this special slice of heaven
We had the pleasure of staying at the Bayview Valley Lodge with David and Adriano. We stayed in the Tui Suite with most amazing ocean views. David was a very attentive host. We enjoyed our breakfast and had coffee on the patio enjoying the beautiful views. The bed was very comfortable and the suite is very well appointed. A beautiful place to stay. Lovely suite with view on the ocean. David is an excellent host who makes you feel at home. Makes a delicious breakfast en even drives you to a restaurant if you like. Knows all the nice places to go in the surrounding.

We spent three wonderful days at Bayview Valley Lodge in March 2024.
David is a host with heart and soul. You can see and feel this when you enjoy the generous, delicious and freshly prepared breakfast at the table laid with great attention to detail. The spacious room with sofa, the bathroom with high-quality toiletries and the wonderful view of Mercury Bay leaves nothing to be desired.
Thanks to David's recommendations and detailed tips on excursions, we were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the beaches and nature in the surrounding area.
The absolute highlight, however, was when David invited us to dinner with friends of his and cooked a specialty from Calabria. We will remember this evening for a long time to come. Many thanks David!
