My friend and I read a review in the herald so thought we would try the Lost Spring and we weren’t disappointed. A lovely girl met us at reception and told us the offers. We decided on the dip and dine. After enjoying a lovely soak in 2 pools that were different temperatures we had a shower then went for a dinner that we had pre ordered and it was divine.
Will definitely be back. Need to order a cocktail from the attentive waiters while in the pool next time.

everything about The Lost Springs was superb. To be pampered and relax this is the place to go.
our meal was top class and the folk who work there are so wonderful. :)
This is a must, even just to relax in the pools after a busy day at work.

Nice experience. basic entry was enough - packages seem overpriced. Pool temps were either too cold or too hot - just a small area was just right! But nice environment, esp at night.

We took our UK guests here to warm up after a cold but excellent boat tour to Cathedral Cove. Still a very worthwhile visit.

We spent a few hours here in late winter to relax and unwind. We headed into the Crater Pool first , which is the hottest, so the main pool felt rather cold and uncomfortable on a winter day, so possibly better to do it the other way around.
The Crater pool has lots of little corners where you can lie back and enjoy the sound of the Tui birds in the trees and the sounds of the waterfall, easy to drift off asleep here.
The hot water is so relaxing.
Next time we would take footwear to navigate the stony paths between the pools and maybe our own bathrobes as it can be chilly in winter when you are not in the water.
The subtropical landscaping really makes this place as well as the grottos and waterfalls.
