This is a lovely little museum containing a wide variety of jigsaws including the tiniest jigsaw in the world. I found pictures of some of my favourite places like Neuschwanstein castle in Bavaria and Plymouth Hoe where I used to go swimming as a child. There was even a shaped jigsaw of Australia by Victory which I had recently bought back in Wales in a charity shop!
This place is well worth a visit and is suitable for all the family.

Being a jigsaw fanatic I enjoyed visiting this attraction - it is situated in the Visitor's Centre. It was amazing to see the array of jigsaws - my favourite was the smallest jigsaw - you have to see it to believe it.There is a huge table in the room which you can sit and do jigsaws.

Not too big so you get bored of jigsaws, plenty of variety and interesting to see the different types. Located at the Visitor centre which is in the town so easily accessible.

Even if you only have a passing interest in jigsaws, there are several reasons why you should give this gallery a try. It is located at the back of the visitor centre - which has lots of local arts and crafts and information on the area. It is also located at the back of an historical museum with lots of items collected from the area, including a baby scale which I'm sure was similar to the one my brother was weighed on many years ago. When you finally get to the gallery, pop your donation in the box and go in to appreciate an activity which does not tolerate rushing. You just can't rush through a jigsaw and you're forced to slow yourself down. The quantity and variety of jigsaws housed in this small gallery is amazing. There are even jigsaws you can do and some would be suitable for young children.

If you enjoy doing jigsaws this is a must. Some magnificent jigsaws displayed. One even took 7 years.
