This truly is one of the best villas we have stayed in.
True home comforts indoors, great outside eating and BBQ area, fabulous spotless swimming pool, incredible views. Just perfect!
The welcome pack that is here on arrival is top notch too.
You can normally find a grumble with everywhere you go but we can’t here.
Secluded private spot perfect for rest and relaxation or your own private pool party (not too wild of course)
Excellent value for money!! Certainly later on on the season.
Recommend to all!
Keep up the good work!!
After a great holiday in 2015 we returned to Villa Litto again this year, it felt like returning home.
As always the villa was presented beautifully, it has the most tastefully chosen interior, it feels 5 star, the welcome pack is the best we have ever experienced, it is great that you do not have to dash out for the essentials, fruit, milk, wine, bread, water and much more is all there.
It would be very difficult to find any detail, however small, that has not been taken care of, so much thought has been given to make sure everyone has a great holiday.
Amanda is on call to help with any problems (not that there any) but we much appreciated her advice on where to go, where to eat ect, on the beautiful island.
To sum up how much we enjoyed our stay in Villa Litto within 18 hours of returning home we have booked it again for 2018, in nearly 20 years of enjoying a September villa holiday, we have never returned to the same Villa twice, that is apart from Litto where we look forward to our 3rd visit next year.
We've just spent a lovely week at the Lito Villa, I only wish we'd had longer there. There was ample room for four of us, and all three bedrooms are delightful. As others have mentioned it's such a great place, with a fab view of Agia Effimia that we were very happy to mooch about the villa with just a few trips out and about.
Our favourite place was the 'outdoor living room' where we all loved to lounge and read - and great that there were speakers outside so we could plug in our iPod and listen to music.
All very well appointed- lovely furnishings and artistic touches, as well as having lots of practical bits you need on holiday (having salt/pepper, cooler bag, beach towels and dishwasher tablets provided for example). Some people mentioned wifi was intermittent , but we found it worked perfectly which is handy when you have teenagers...
Great that Myrtos beach so close, just 10 mins in the car, spent a beautiful sunset swim there watching sun disappear over horizon.
Only a few negative points- and they are very minor - was the long rocky track to get there. As our car hire insurance policy shouted out that we were only covered on asphalt roads I was slightly nervous of tyre damage, but of course it was fine.
My teenage son also spent ages trying to find the 15 uk TV channels, and we only ever found two, so not sure if the instructions were correct. It didn't really matter but my son fancied a bit of downtime watching to when it got too hot, so that was the only possible fault we could pick.
If you're heading there, you will have an amazing time. We loved it.
We stayed two weeks at the Lito Villa and I can honestly say without doubt this is the most beautiful Villa on the island, I have stayed all over the island and have stayed in quite a few Villas and Hotel and the Lito Villa is really a cut above the rest.
It took a few attempts to find it as it is quite a way down a very dusty off the beaten track and we needed the help from a local to find it but when we did we were bowled over.
You enter through a pair of electric gates and drive into paradise, the forecourt in front of you is a very well cared for beautiful garden with a place to park the car and also a place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Entering into the villa you instantly you feel at home with the most tastefully decorated traditional meets modern décor. From the amazing kitchen to the very comfortable living room we were thrilled from the first moment we wlaked in the door. Every room is beautifully furnished and being only two of us we were spoiled for choice of where to sleep and relax.
Through the doors at the back of the living room leads you into a fantastic garden with its own Kitchen and Barbeque area with a covered eating and seating area for at least 8 people with an amazing view of Aghia Effimia Harbour.
The garden also has a swimming pool and I mean a swimming pool, this is no small pokey plunge pool but an actual swimming pool you can actually swim in.
Normally when we visit Kefalonia we spend quite a bit of time going to beaches to sunbathe and visiting local beauty spots but we were so happy lazing around the spacious garden and pool area we were happy just to chill out and enjoy this fantastic Villa.
I can’t wait to return to Kefalonia and really hope we will be able to book the Lito Villa again hopefully before it comes the most popular villa on the island and ends up fully booked all year round.
Many thanks Lito, Phivos and Amanda
PS will post some photos soon
