My wife and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and we like it. On this trip, however, there was hair in the tub and no ice bucket in the room. The room itself is just fine although the bathroom is very small with little shelf space. as was the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and thought that all staff members were friendly.

We had a room with two queen beds. The air conditioning was great and the hot water never ran out. Average stay and friendly staff. The bed was aged and not super comfortable. Good news the breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was pretty good. The staff was great and respectful. I would have given a higher rating if the bed was any good

Room tip: Air is cold and shower wicked hot. We walked to go out to eat. Felt pretty safe.

While just staying one night to attend a wedding, my family and I choose this hotel and it was the worse experience we ever dealt with. I was subjected to a distressing and humiliating experience that has left a lasting impact on me.
While staying at this hotel, I was accused of theft and subsequently asked to empty my bag under the suspicion of stealing a box of macaroni and cheese. The manner in which this situation was handled was not only unjust but also racially discriminatory. The manager Jennifer James stated she saw me from the surveillance camera grab an extra macaroni and cheese container and then placed it in my bag. I was in the process of purchasing 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese for my children, and she persistently asked to empty my bag in which I did so and there was no extra box of macaroni and cheese in my bag.
As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness regardless of my background. However, I was made to feel like a criminal in front of other guests and even my children. This incident not only marred my stay but also left me feeling embarrassed, degraded, and hurt. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that claims to uphold high standards of hospitality.

I am really disappointed in the Hilton brand.

Terrible stay.

First of all- asked to be quoted a complete price after taxes and fees and confirmed before booking- at check out they raised it 23 bucks- had to deal with Hilton Corporate who made efforts to correct. That is price gouging! Waited for manager Jennifer who just shrugged her hands and didnt do a thing! She really did not care about her customers especially Hilton Reward members staying on a premium night.

Bed wasn't comfortable. springs were felt. Room was not exactly clean. Paint was peeling in bathroom. The place was out of Soap!!! I had to go buy some! The curtains dont cover the entire window so the light wakes you up in the am- I never seen that.

I read a previous review who believed there were bed bugs and we are really concerned.

Breakfast was OK but the coffee was really awlful.

This is suppose to be a Hampton INN not a roadside dump! I think this is an embarrassment to the Hilton name and i hope they take a close look how this property is being managed under their name.

Room tip: the window blinds cover only half window, bad service and not clean.

If I can only give 0, I would. 1 star for nothing. Lobby smells bad,breakfast terrible. No towels for the pool. Bed has hair and bandaid under the sheet. We even have to change ourselves the beddings as nobody came to change them. Bad customer service, front desk chatting most of the time and wont even offer water or welcome bag to Hilton members. This hotel doesn’t embody Hilton’s corporate values and service!

Room tip: Avoid this hotel!

Everything was very good. I had requested an accessible bathroom and it was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Very spacious and clean. It was also pet friendly so the pups were comfortable too.
