This hotel is excellent in every way.

Well trained staff including the hotel manager and front desk person (Amber), doorman, maintenance man, bartender and dining room staff eager to assist the guest in any way.
Impressive decor in public spaces and rooms.
Room large and spotless.
I would return here on any future trips in a New York minute.
Clean room and hotel. The most friendliest and most helpful staff on the planet! Can’t ask for better! Is my number one choice when staying in the Saratoga area!
The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast room, and the staff didn't have the sense to take two of the coffee makers out of the rooms (one for regular and one for decaf.)
I went back to our room and ours was broken as well!
We had a fairly long drive ahead of us on back roads and didn't find any coffee for a long time.
Beautiful hotel, great staff, perfect location, and very comfortable and clean rooms! We were pleasantly surprised by the stay and could see that a lot of work is being put into this property. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again!
I stayed at this hotel before when it was the Best Western and think the change to Ascend is way better. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My room was clean and very comfortable and looks like it was renovated recently. Loved the mural of potato chips in the fitness center and the other cute artwork in my room. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Saratoga Springs!
