This was my husband and my first time at the Saratoga Arms and what a treat it was. It’s beautifully restored with impeccable service, attentive staff and beautifully appointed accommodations. The breakfasts were delicious. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious linens. Nice amenities in the bathroom including slippers and large bath sheet towels you never find in other hotels as well as fluffy robes in the closet. There is also a 24/7 complimentary snack bar for guests. We so enjoyed the lovely large front porch either by having breakfast there each morning or relaxing after a busy fun day. This is a true gem in the center of town so all the shops and restaurants are close at hand. Thank you to the Smith family for maintaining such an awesome hotel with an equally awesome staff. Can’t wait to go back!

Front desk staff fantastic, breakfast each morning on front porch wonderful ! Garden room 101 with outside porch great for gatherings. Personal service great and we enjoyed many long chats with the owner who lives in the building. Free waters & soft drinks and delicious treats by front desk. The room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Everything was updated beautifully. The hotel is in the heart of Saratoga Springs so a perfect location!

What a fabulous stay at The Saratoga Arms. The attention to detail by the staff and Mrs. Smith are exactly what you would want in a very fine Hotel. There are 30 rooms, and the hotel has lovely sitting areas including a lovely porch. The rooms are beautifully and impeccably designed. The bedding so comfortable. All the little goodies offered for guests to take whenever they want was pleasantly surprising. The breakfasts... well let's just say was the highlight of our day. The location is right in the heart of great restaurants and shops. You cannot go wrong staying at the Arms. We are already figuring out when we can go back. Worth every cent. I also recommend the "Speak Easy" restaurant nearby called "The Coat Room". No baseball caps dining.
