Writing deck with lamp, swivel chair. Small coffee maker. Three drawer chest under a wall mounted flat screen. Solid brown blackout curtains. A/c unit worked fine & quiet with simple controls. M/F. Open closet with iron/board & shelf with extra pillows.
Bathroom;
Shower/tub with hot water for shower in three seconds. Small basket with bar of hand soap, mouth wash, shampoo, lotion & conditioner. Hair dryer. Sink counter limited in space, used the writing deck for extra space. Plenty of towels. Wooden flooring as well as shower walls.Square mirror over sink. Toilet paper on the thin side, would recommend bring your own. Both bedroom area & bathroom very clean.
A continental breakfast is available. One waffle maker, two dry cereals, orange & apple juice & coffee. Seating is two booths & one table.
Parking:
In front of #105 parking is end to end & angled, used both. The facility is four double unit with plenty of parking. I saw steps don't know if there are elevators. For all lower lower rooms-at least in my building-are single iron chairs with one piece ball & seat cushions. Within a short walk is the 13 North Restaurant. Other features are in/out doors pools, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts & spa. To use the card key, wave the card, listen for two dings, pull handle down.
My night stay was for the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts concert. Probably would stay again in the future if attending a future concert.
Two Helpful hints.
Hint 1. US 9 is two lanes-north/south- with fast traffic. The facility's exit is north only. For a quick way south is as follows: Turn into the alleyway by the Coke machine & drive south following the roadway to Cherry Chose Road. Turn right onto Cherry into left lane to turn left on to Us9.
Hint 2. If using a GPS unit, Saratoga Springs may not give a match. I used Ballston Spa with no problem.
