Need to work on the staff, they dont look happy with their jobs, we are paying for the stay no asking for anything free! Front desk can provide a more polite information over the phone. Cleaning staff prioritizing them getting on the elevator instead of the guest, specially when there kids, come on.
The hotel check-in staff accommodated my request to make sure my two rooms were connecting. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was able to accommodate every request we made. I look forward to our next visit and stay at this hotel.
We stayed for one night while attending a concert in nearby Lewiston.
The hallways and room were dank and musty, and clearly in need of fresh air.
The bed had hair and other dirt in it, which was disgusting.
Unexpectedly had to pay for parking.
The ceilings were water stained and cracked, and the window was filthy.
Front desk, staff was pleasant and helpful, but unfortunately I could never recommend this property to anyone. It was also extremely expensive for what it was.
Bathroom towels were not clean at checking. Hall ways and room smell like mold. Old. The only reason one would stay is because its location. Walking distance to Niagara Falls
We got the diamond suite and room was dirty and food was left from last guest under bed. Windows were never cleaned. A/C did not work well at all and kept clunking. Floor tiles popping up a d signs of water damage on ceiling. Hallways were dirty as well and the garbage overflowed and was never cleaned whe we were there. Needless to say, not a good experience.
