Very disappointed. My son's baseball team had a tournament over the weekend and this hotel was recommended by the tournament host. Check in is 4 pm. I thought that was a little late but not a big deal since we had a 3 pm game. When we arrived to check in around 4:30 pm we were told our rooms were not ready. The lobby was filled with others also waiting. We didn't get to our room until 5:30 pm. The hotel bar/restaurant wasn't open, amd when it did open very limited drinks because the bartender didn't show up for work. They have a bar food menu and were out of some of those items. The pool area is not as it appears in the website photos. My son said the water had a lot of hair in it. Very over priced what they actually had to offer.

Spent a beautiful day at this hotel. Very clean rooms with amenities like microwave. Excellent location with lots of food options nearby.

Extremely pathetic , bad manners and non professional staff at the reception. He shout like we have done crime. Big NO to this hotel. No water bottles in the room. No kettle. No house keeping properly. Very had decision for selecting this hotel with rude and non professional staff.
