Extremely pathetic , bad manners and non professional staff at the reception. He shout like we have done crime. Big NO to this hotel. No water bottles in the room. No kettle. No house keeping properly. Very had decision for selecting this hotel with rude and non professional staff.
Very nice hotel with bid rooms, free parking and Starbucks branch inside the hotel. 5 minutes walking to naiagra falls
Our room was located on the side that had the skyline of Canada Which was really nice to see at night time. This hotel is close to a lot of attractions and has a great bundle that you can purchase and view a lot of the attractions at the Falls.
Room was comfortable and well laid out. If you want to visit Niagara Falls, this place is within easy walking distance of the park and that was the draw for me and my family. The hotel and our room did feel a little grimey. The area surrounding the hotel/the falls isn't the greatest, but it's bearable given its convenient location. Overall, this place was a B-
Awesome staff and great location. Walking distance to everything…and again seriously awesome staff!!! They were welcoming from the time we walked in the door and even gave us tips on places to go around the area and allowed us to store our belongings the last day we were there so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around.
