Room was comfortable and well laid out. If you want to visit Niagara Falls, this place is within easy walking distance of the park and that was the draw for me and my family. The hotel and our room did feel a little grimey. The area surrounding the hotel/the falls isn't the greatest, but it's bearable given its convenient location. Overall, this place was a B-
Awesome staff and great location. Walking distance to everything…and again seriously awesome staff!!! They were welcoming from the time we walked in the door and even gave us tips on places to go around the area and allowed us to store our belongings the last day we were there so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around.
Website says: "our 24/7 market lets you grab snacks any time of day. We offer an on-site coffee bar as well as a gastropub-style restaurant serving up American and international dishes." The market is a shelf, there is no gastropub or coffee bar after the morning. Hall carpets are stained. But. Inexpensive no-nonsense and good location. Tired but clean room. The website just lies.
Hotel is very near to Niagara falls and to all restaurants. We stayed for almost 4 days. We dont need to have car since the hotel is near to most of the visiting places in Niagara like Falls, shops, Restaurants,Casino, Aquarium etc. It was very pleasant stay. The hotel guys helped us to book cab also for early morning drop to airport.
It is my second time staying here and it is always a pleasure very clean room and helpful staff. The kids had a great time and very comfy. The pool was clean. The service is amazing and parking is always available. Amazing time at the falls with children.
