This is a pretty basic Doubletree hotel located just a 5 minute walk from the main casino, 2 minutes walk from the Niagara River, 10 minutes walk from downtown Niagara and 10 minutes walk from Goat Island. The Buffalo airport is about a 30 minute drive. Hotel has ample parking available as well. Hotel appears to be in a residential area. Hotel features a large lobby with welcoming staff. The rooms are average size with basic decor and amenities. Beds are comfortable and climate control works well. This is a great hotel for guests wanting to explore the USA side of Niagara Falls. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed a night with my wife and son.

Had free breakfast due to Hilton Gold status.

Room was alright with but was not able to see the falls.

Location was convenient as it was near the attractions.

I travel a lot for business but I don’t believe I have ever been treated better than I was with your entire staff. All the front desk folks made me and my wife feel like family. Specifically there was Shelia, Hannah, Sarah, Mizbah, Josh & Herbert. From the restaurant staff two folks stood out as excellent servers. They were Angela and Alex. I spoke with Cliff who was cleaning the guest rooms and he was so nice and extremely friendly. Lastly, two of the front desk folks were absolutely amazing. Priscilla and Casey really went above and beyond to assist us. I will gladly recommend your hotel to friends and family. We will be staying with you again.
