Your request of an early is a very simple request. However, our busy property has difficulties accommodate that request, If the room is still occupied with a guest or awaiting cleaning service to be ready for the next guest. This is why we explained to you the only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book for an additional day. Other wise, you would be subject to wait until a room was available. Our check in time 3pm and we were able to get you into a room around 11am and you were never charged no early check in fee.
The manager reached out you about your experience and offered you 7000 points to your Marriott Bonvoy account.
