Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. By far the worst Marriott stay I've had as a Titanium Bonvoy Member.
POSTIVES: 1) Price, 2) Location (Close to Highway, the Mall, and Restaurants)
NEGATIVES:
1) Understaffed: On a long weekend with a wedding party staying, they had one person at check-in resulting in ridiculously long line and wait time (upwards of 15-20 minutes)
2) Very rude and racial biased check -in staff: The one person at check-in seemed bothered to be doing their job. Not even so much as a "hello or welcome". They also would not acknowledge my Titanium status, giving me no option of points or breakfast credit (until prompted), despite having done so for the white couple ahead of us, who were of a lower Bonvoy status. When I inquired, I was given an excuse that because I checked in online, I was not be given an option to choose a welcome gift (which is BS).
3) Bistro Hours a Joke: Don't bother going for the breakfast/meal credit. The Bistro seemed to never be open and the one time I saw anyone there, they were just counting cash and were quick to say closed and unwilling to even provide alternatives for a cup of coffee.
