I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I made this reservation months ago and even confirmed it last week, yet the staff canceled it without notifying me (at 2pm), leaving me scrambling for a last-minute alternative at a much higher cost. The staff was unhelpful and acted like they did nothing wrong. Obviously, they overbooked, and we had to pay the price—literally! I expected far better service and accountability. By the way, I NEVER leave reviews.
I am saddened to see your review. You said you were extremely disappointed with your stay however, you did not stay at our hotel. Our team tried to reach you via email and did not hear back from you. We require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation so yes, your reservation was cancelled due to the credit card being declined. We had a room held at the adjacent hotel as they were accommodating the same wedding group you were here for and thought it would be very convenient for you. Please call me to discuss further. We do not want anyone disappointed with our hotel and team.
Stayed here for one night while doing a driving tour of some national parks. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy that we could bring our pup with us. We would definitely stay again if in the area and will recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable.
Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members.
100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.

Stayed in 201 and smelt cigarette smell most of the night. Lots of banging on floors upstairs and must of been the stairs door. Would recommend maybe a better room location. We had the one bedroom with sofa etc. Beautiful and large room. Sheets were impeccable clean but shower could have been wiped down a bit more.

Very clean, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was good but would be nice to add hash browns and bacon to the menu. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice and clean. Tv could have more of a selection of channels. Pool was nice. Overall great place to stay.
Thank you for staying at our Residence Inn! We try to change our breakfast selections and we do a rotation of breakfast items on a daily basis. We do have bacon and hash browns-just not everyday. Although we have a great selection of TV channels, our TV's also support streaming your own content giving you an even greater viewing selection.
