The food was great,but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had requested a booth due to back issues. I was carrying a back cushion.the blond hostess had us wait 30.minutes for a booth only to be told they were out. One women was sitting alone in a booth just talking on the phone.the whole experience was totally unacceptable and the worst customer service ever!! IWILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!

Great place for lunch. We have not been here since last year, but the food remains very good, as well as the service. The French fries are delicious. I had them with the Ruben sandwich, which was great. The wine pours are generous. Beautiful vista to enjoy while sitting near the fire pits with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

The ambiance is beautiful. There's a great view and a patio to enjoy it from. Our waitress was great and on top of everything! However when we got there, we had 8 people and the girl seating is said we had to sit at 2 different tables because they don't push tables together. There was over 10 empty tables so I wasn't sure why I was being told this. I voiced that was a strange rule and asked if she could ask her manager. She did and all worked out and they moved the tables together. The food was overall good. The fish tacos I got were AMAZING! But my husband got the steak sandwich with horseradish and he said the meat was flavorless. The table we were sitting at was also VERY sticky as were the menus.

Got there said 1 hour wait, when we weren’t seated we went up and asked and they said a few more minutes an hour later we were seated after one of our members went up and demanded a table after two hours of waiting. Food was one out of ten a five. Waiter was very nice. Views of the lake very nice! They do not take reservations, but they also shouldn’t tell you that you’re going to be seated in an hour when they had no intention of seatings you in an hour! A a group came in as we were getting ready to leave.They also been there for two hours also. Hostess told him the same thing one hour they waited two. Not worth the two hour wait. Food was ok. Service once we were seated was very good. Kinda of pricey for the food. Food was adequate at best.

My husband, my daughter, and I stopped for dinner. We sat in the dining room closest to the hostess area. The lighting was so poor I had to use my cell phone flash light to read the menu. I noticed several other customers doing the same thing. I asked our waiter if there was a problem with the lights. He said the owner likes the ambiance. I noticed this was the only area that had no lighting. It's not an ambiance it's a nuisance if you can't read the menu. Our food was ok. After we were served.Our waiter told us he was done, and someone else was taking over for him. We never saw the person taking over. We had to ask a waitress walking by for our bill. So we found the food to be ok, the ambiance dark and hard to see, and service was below standard.
