We were never expecting real Cajun food in Malta, but the consistency and quality of the food just seems to be off. There are quality ingredients used and the portions are generous but we’ve cooked much better Cajun following recipes in our own kitchen. Some of the more regional food like the mac and cheese with buffalo chicken was quite good. I only got pick up but the lighting and mood in the restaurant seemed much more like a bar/club than a nice sit down restaurant.
