Always have good luck here. People are fast and friendly and the food tastes like it's supposed to. I usually use the drive through but the few times I went in to the counter, the place was clean and organized.

Stopped in around 10:30 on Sunday night and noted that the restaurant closed at 11:00, so I understood we would hustle so we wouldn't hold anyone up. Our food, including fries, was grilled fresh and was very good.

As we were finishing up about 10:50, one of the staff came up to remind us that we had 10 minutes before they closed. No problem, as we were about to leave anyway, but it certainly sent the message that we weren't welcome at that particular time.

Yesterday evening i went to the McDonald's in sliema i was with my small son nd pushchair. First the lift was not working nd i stuggling up the stairs while the staff looked on and grimmed and when i managed to the top i said just to let you know the lift is not working nd they where like ya we know. Ok so why isn't there a sign or at least the staff who are all standing behind the counter in mc cafe didn't offer to help me up the stairs. Then i proceeded to order my food which was no problem but then in d happy meal they gave me a girl toy nd ask it i could get one for a boy nd it just got a rude look with attitude from the girl behind the counter that can be asked when ordered if its such a hassel to change. Obviously the play area was up stairs so i asked the girl if there was another lift inside since the one outside was broken nd she said no. So i asked if someone could help me up the stairs as i had the tray of food nd pushchair nd she was like let me see if i can find someone. After standing for quiet some time nd no one came i went up first with my son nd food nd then back down again to get the pushchair. It was my first time at this location staff definitely need a course in manners was very disappointed with the customer service since staff was just standing around nd watching me stuggling.

Order Bigmac firiies and coke had to wait for 20 mins. for order, 8 people working in back but just talking had 3 other people ahead of me.
got food it was cold told them about and manager said if you don't like it go someplace else.
