Love the stay here with friendly staff, steps away from subway station that has lines to bring you to new york city or jfk, a convenient store right downstairs as well as a City Acres grocery storesacross the road.
Shoutout to Lucy, the hotel’s Operation Manager who has been most helpful and friendly throughout my 3 nights stay there.
Used the gym for some workouts and the stations there are in good condition.

Great location outside Manhattan. 3 minutes to metro that takes you all over Manhattan. Clean light rooms and great WiFi. A noisy part of NY with metro lines going on a bridge outside hotell. No cleaning and refill of shampoo, etc, if you don't ask for it. Great breakfast place two doors away from the hotel. Not so much fun restaurants for dinner close by.

Very nice hotel in good location. Quick weekend stay. Easy access to train station (walk about 100 feet) or one across the street. Took 12 minutes to get to Times Square. About a 20-minute Uber ride LGA (8pm on a Friday night). Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Not too big of rooms, but you are in NY so you have to understand that. Planet Fitness is across the street. Hudson Food Market is adjacent to the hotel. There is a food market across the street and some bars in the area. Hotel gym was good and spacious. Lots of area to move around and actually work out. Did not mingle much with the staff except for check in and check out. There is a restaurant/lounge on the premises that has seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is very convenient to the trains and bodega next door open 24/7. Staff is very friendly and helpful including Cyril and Narasim at the front desk. Food choices at the bar are very limited. Hotel is very quiet and perfect if you have to work in your room or lobby area.

This is by no means a bad hotel. Rooms are spacious for New York area and come with standard features. Shower was powerful with clever temperature gauge. A modern look throughout the hotel. The bed may have been one of the comfiest I have experienced in a hotel. It did however have a stray hair on arrival. Attention could also be paid in the harder to clean areas.
The staff were lacking enthusiasm and there was no sense of welcome. No amenities were pointed out when checking in.
The hotel itself is well placed with easy access to subway and quick Uber ride to LGA. However, it is vastly overpriced for what it offers which does make one contemplate returning, especially with the lack of attentiveness.
