Long haul flight from London to New York, brilliant airline! After reading some reviews we were skeptical however jet blue really pleased us. We boarded, took off and landed early on both the departure and arrival flight. The customer service was excellent with all crew being very attentive to our needs, polite and kind at all times! The food was great, better options especially for vegetarians than I’ve had on economy long hauls before with additional snack meals and drinks offered very regularly. Only down side was we could not check in online due to, as we found out when we got there, being randomly selected for a security check but this could have been communicated so we were not stressed the night before not being able to check in.
Otherwise thanks jet blue for a fantastic experience and we will I’ll certainly fly with you again!

awful awful experience. The stewardesses were awful people who were so arrogant and unfrinedly. Jetblue used to be my go to airline. Never doing it again.

Very disappointed in the lack of respect this company has for its loyal clientele-I was 5 and 1/2 hours late for my appointment due to avoidable circumstances-after being told that the airline would be contacting us with sone type of compensation I have cone to learn that they have determined ( incorrectly) that the flight was only delayed 3 hours and 52 minutes and therefore was not entitled to any compensation) I am attaching photos do you can see it was more than 4 hours delayed boarding and once we were on board we were further delayed by airline incompetence ( apparently they had forgotten to stock the aircraft with refreshments)

Went with JetBlue in March to and from NYC for business travels. Crew was friendly and kind to JFK and me and my partner had a great experience. However, on our way back to SF, the crew was extremely passive aggressive and overall gave us a very bad impression of the company. Additionally, we encountered some disruptive passengers sitting in first class on our way back and it didn’t help that the service was already horrendous. Not worse than United but not much better either.

Yes delayed in London but that couldnt be helped, flight crew outbound more engaging than inbound, maybe due to a day flight as opposed to a night flight home
LOVED the ememity bag turning into a rucksac, used it all through NY and still using now.

Free wifi worked great
My TV didnt work for the first 1.5 hour and was given a 200 pound voucher which was impressive. Worked after 4th reset
Have to say this flight was better than my BC flight to Syd from UK with Emerites.
