I've stayed at numerous hotels in the city over the past decade. I am very impressed with Boro and what you get for the price. The views are incredible, staff is cheerful and always helpful. The food in the restaurant is incredible, I always look forward to their pizzas and salad. I'm coming back to the city in a few months with my family, will definitely be booking Boro again.

Unforgettable Views and Exceptional Service

My stay in Boro Hotel in Long Island City was just perfect. In its minimalist, modern design, internally it felt quite warm and cozy, having large rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and great views of the Manhattan skyline. Welcoming and attentive staff provided good local tips and service. Excellent location, just a short subway ride into Manhattan and vibrant cafes, galleries, and parks abound in LIC. I felt relaxed at the roof-top bar lounging at night. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent experience - highly recommended!

We stayed many nights at the Boro Hotel in NYC - and it was wonderful! The personalized service was great and everything was pristine. The pizza is also the best at Beebe's - their restaurant on site. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Great experience

When I was checking in for my my Aunt and uncle who are visiting from London she (Zafira )was very nice, very helpful and explained everything so detail and answer every question they have and they both feel very happy and very welcoming. We sincerely likes to thank Zafira and she Thank You 🙏

Industrial and Modern. Highly recommend.

I'm a hotel snob. This hotel did not disappoint. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were my style of modern and industrial. The pictures were accurate. My only thing, we didn't have any lights beside one small one from the ceiling. We had to keep the bathroom lights on for our light source. The location of this hotel is great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time excellent staff at The Boro

The staff at the front desk were amazing. The lobby, cafe, and Beebe’s restaurant all have a great vibe and the complimentary glass of wine was an unexpected plus. The room decor was industrial minimalist and pleasing if you like that style. The only negative was the beds weren’t that comfortable and the bed frame was loud when my son was tossing and turning but not enough to make the rating a 4. Also the website recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood was helpful but a couple of the links didn’t work and/or the restaurant has closed down recently. Overall a great place with very easy access by subway into NYC.
