We love this hotel! We stay every few months for a little staycation (we live in astoria), we love the studio for the tub!! Our main purpose for staying over! Bed is so comfy and the shower is spectacular too! 100% recommend for a night away

This place is great if you need accommodations in and around Queens. It is minimalistic yet modern and friendly. The hotel is also pet friendly and clean. Depending on what room you select, the views are beautiful as well.

My family and our friend’s family stayed for 3 nights to attend the US OPEN. The rooms are dark, minimal but beds are comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice but they can’t have a heater there so it gets chilly even in September. Subways are 5-10 min walk so it’s convenient to get to US OPEN with a 25 min ride.
Customer service is really average and we give this hotel a 3/5 because they were not able to provide us with same floor rooms. We had called 3 times prior to arrival and were assured of the same. Also, there is no room service so if you want a towel or anything plan ahead and go down to the front desk to get it.

This is a nice place to stay if you need accommodations in Queens. It is minimalistic, but modern and comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, our room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. We were there for a wedding that was done beautifully. The rooftop venue was perfect and the view gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and the food delicious. A beautiful wedding spot!
The restaurant on site was nice, food very good, but they seemed short staffed so it was a bit of a wait.
A few things could be improved: Free coffee is only available until 8a. Why not have it all day? or a little later in the morning? The attendant in the coffee area was rude both mornings we were there.
Sleeping was a bit of a challenge, as there was a fair amount of noise. But that seems to happen in hotels, not a lot you can do.
Overall, with the exception of a few things, it was a very nice stay.

Clean, pet friendly, city skyline views were just perfect for my stay. But the best was the staff (Mary, Steve and Carol) and customer service I was given. Top notch! Always there 24/7. Even my dog enjoyed it.
