The Boro Hotel brings back the nostalgic old style New York City. Excellent customer service and all employees greet you with a smile ready to assist. Our room was simple with a very comfortable bed and access to many amenities with no extra charge. We had a balcony on the 9th floor and a spectacular view of Manhattan.. In the evenings we were surrounded by lights thru the city, on buildings, and across bridges. What a magnificent view. The complimentary coffee bar every morning was very much appreciated and needed. House keeping was always kind and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience at the Boro Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The Boro was a great place to stay, especially compared to other stuff in the area. The room was simple and clean. The shower was awesome-- great water pressure. The are was mostly residential, which was strange. Would be a five star from me, except for the area!
