The staff was very attentive and accommodating. My father is in a wheel chair. An employee rushed outside to help my mom more than once. My mom described him as a black man with a pony tail. I wish I knew his name. The restaurant staff was great. Food was great. All in all a great weekend.

A very cute hotel. Many places to meet and gather.. Easy parking for drop off and close to parking garages. Good food in restaurant. Close walking distance to coffee shops and food. They were friendly and helpful even though some staff were new due to pandemic. I would definitely recommend hotel 😃

The location is very centrally located and the decor is very hip and modern. When it first opened we loved coming here, but this time you could see that the construction was starting to unravel.
When we first arrived the room we were given was 86 degrees inside with about 5 flies flying around. We turned the AC on but it didn't seem to be working and the flies were gross (obviously) so we called down and the receptionist gave us another room. When we arrived at the second room the lock on the door was broken, so we asked for new keys and she gave us a third room! This one was supposedly an upgrade, but it seemed like a standard room that was just given the standard love a hotel room should be given. The temperature was normal and there were glasses and a radio - standard amenities.
We probably will not be returning to this place, which is a shame, because it used to be our go-to.

Cool design and nice staff. Comfy, but creaky bed. Great bathroom. Could use a comfy chair or two in the room. Mary couldn't have been nicer, doing her best to meet every need. Not much in the area, but the hotel has room service all day long.

Great, low-key spot. My wife and I wanted to disconnect after our wedding and we absolutely loved it. Room was very spacious, clean with a modern feel. The receptionist was very kind and attentive. We had the room with the tub and we enjoyed every minute of it. The floor to ceiling windows brings a beautiful touch to the room.
